R&F Princess Cove Phase 3 has reached another important construction milestone as New Casa Suites Tower C1 officially celebrated its topping-out ceremony, marking the completion of the tower’s main structural framework.
Representatives from R&F Group Malaysia completed the final concrete pouring, signifying strong construction progress and reinforcing buyers’ confidence in the project’s delivery timeline.
The topping-out of Tower C1 indicates that selected blocks within Phase 3 are progressing steadily and may potentially receive earlier handover from around 2027, subject to the developer’s schedule and relevant approvals.
